Monsoon Wellness Regimen -Naturopathy Way

Hello everyone !This is Dr Deepshikha Pandey , I am back with one another blog to introduce to you all the Wellness Regimen to be followed during monsoon .

Ok ! So , the Monsoon in India is usually from Months July to October & during this period our immunity falls . 

As per Naturopathy the toxins are more prone to get accumulated in the body & harm every possible system be it -Respiratory in the form of COPD , Skin & appendages in the form of eczema , psoriasis & Fungal infections ,Hair fall Or Musculoskeletal system in the form of arthritic pain & fibromyalgia ,Season affected Depression (SAD ) & many more . 

So ,the real question is what lifestyle can be followed to as per Naturopathy to keep the immunity strong ,attain optimum health & stay calm ?

Well ! This blog is just to answer that question only .
These four months (also known as Chaturmas ) ,are a great time to - 
1. Heal your body & Mind 
2. Reflect & Return to your true self & to 
3.Rest & Reset yourself 

For these above mentioned purpose only we recommend Upwas by fillowing these - 

1.Eating easily digestible Satvik meals -Stick to only one meal a Day .(seasonal fruits ,vegetables , boiled food ,Daliya or khichdi ,avoid milk & milk products ,a lot of spices ,fried food ,junk food etc ).

2.Avoiding travelling as far as possible -to give proper rest to body .

3.Drinking warm water & Herbal Decoction as per body type -to keep toxins away & to improve immunity .(Add -Basil ,turmeric ,fennel , cumin & ginger to tea ) 

4. Digital Detox -Staying away from negative news or overstimulating comtent online .

5.Yogic sukhshma vyayama & Pranayama -for atleast 20-30 mins 

6.Meditate daily -Guided meditation /Mantra meditation /Reading spiritual books /Doing sadhana / Joining group Kirtana / Journaling your thoughts 

So ,to summ it all add these crucial steps to your regimen & your body will be ready to fight all that gets in your way of wellness .
